The Workflow tool allows you to build validation circuits corresponding to business processes. The process is organized around 3 different profiles: a “submitter” user, one or more “validator” users and one or more “supervisor” users. The “submitting” user initiates the process by submitting information (documents, forms, publications, surveys, etc.). The validator (s) are notified (email, web, mobile). From the platform or their smartphone, they can view the information in order to validate or refuse it. They have the opportunity to comment on their choices. The validation allows the passage to the next step (other validation or dissemination). The refusal results in a notification to the “submitting” user. The latter has the hand to modify the information and restart the process. The supervisor has a global vision of the processes in progress and completed. He has the hand to replace depositors and validators at each stage of the circuit.
