Dashboard – Access tickets you have entered
Tickets – Access all tickets assigned to you or any Project Tickets
Create Ticket – Create new tickets for clients
Search Tickets – Search through all client tickets by Customer Name, Ticket Number, or Ticket Subject criteria.
Clock In/Out – Access your time clock
Request Time Off/Request Overtime – An inquiry for overtime or time off will be sent over to HR for approval.
